MANAGEMENT AND GENERATION OF MATURE BASIN DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
• Integrated analysis of development and advanced projects to ensure that the subsurface models (static and dynamic) and all the disciplines inherent to their execution are adjusted to the reality of the reservoirs and the operator.
• Real technical feasibility analysis of the implementation of the projects considering all the variables of the process from its visualization to its execution (VCDE Process) guaranteeing the viability of the proposal. We have the know-how, expertise and track record for the development and execution of mature basin projects considering all the variables at play.
• Definition and identification of risks and uncertainties associated with the different disciplines associated with the projects and their stages.
• Identification of primary (new development or advanced wells and/or repairs-workovers), secondary and tertiary opportunities.
• Development of Infill projects.
• Development of secondary and tertiary recovery projects.
• Analysis of the stakeholders including the corresponding action plan for each one seeking to maximize the objectives set and guarantee the results.
• Advice on review and implementation processes, generating a value chain in the company, standardizing them and proposing the KPIs that best suit each company.
• Identification and definition of guidelines for monthly, quarterly, and annual follow-ups, with the possibility of standardizing formats, description of roles, and responsibilities of all those involved.
RESERVOIR MANAGEMENT
• Provide technical support for compliance with SEN regulations.
• Advise on the volumes of reserves available in books and identify new possibilities for increase.
• Advice on the volumes of resources that allow us to know the hydrocarbon potential of a reservoir.
